Poor service!! Went there to have a wedding picture blown up and in black and white. Made simple changes.... brightened it up and was told he would send me the picture to view once it was ready. I loved it. Went that following weekend to pick it up and order a frame. When I saw the picture it had not been printed with the touch ups he sent me. Had them do it again and ordered the frame. They told me it would be two weeks. I called today (two weeks later) to see if the frame was in. The guy told me he would check. He came back on the phone to tell me he can't tell me right now because he doesn't have the "code" to get into that part of the computer. Umm....if you work there don't you all have the access so when people call to check on the status of items they purchased you can tell them the status??? I'm thinking someone dropped the ball and it wasn't ordered and they just don't want to tell me that. I will never go through the Precision Camera for anything ever again. Went in later to make sure the picture was done right and see if the frame was indeed really ordered two weeks ago like it was supposed to be. And as I suspected it wasn't. It was ordered 3 days ago on May 11, 2022. Had to have the picture touched up AGAIN. Due to it having two black dots on the dress. Ugh!!! I asked for a refund and am going to go elsewhere to have it framed. What a f*****joke this place is!!!

Tia, who works in the Precision Camera lab is one of the most knowledgeable and patient professionals I have worked with in a long time. She helped me with some digital photo juggling. (I went kicking and screaming from film to digital) Though that was more than 20 years ago, I do appreciate help. She helped me and my client transfer a mega load of phone photos along with tricking the computer for different media uses. What a Gem.

They have the worst customer service ever. They are extremely slow to e-mail you And when you call them good luck if someone ever pick up the phone.
