The Advantage Design team provided us with the guidance and support we needed to develop a professional, high-quality product that accurately conveyed our message to students all during a very challenging period at the onset of Covid. As we have learned more about effectively delivering critical material to students, the platform allows us to easily adapt presentation of information and to add instructional videos as needed. Many of our students are first-generation, low income with very busy schedules, working 40 hours or more a week or caring for other family needs. The online orientation format allows us to offer a complete orientation experience to our students when it is convenient and fits their very busy schedules. I had a chance to work on a redesign while working at a regional institution in Georgia. The team was incredibly helpful with frequent check-ins leading up to their on-location days of filming clips on campus. The team that arrived on campus was super professional and flexible to change locations based on the weather or lighting of a particular space. The overall visual of the program looked amazing and assisted in moving the orientation in a new direction.
