Reached out to them 3 weeks ago and after a week I received an email about setting up an appt . Responed to the email... nothing. Called and left 3 vm..... nothing, called during office hours, vm and not even a call back. Thing is .... we are ready to build our home, lot purchased, cash in hand , financing in place just needed someone to help design, draft and build. Kinda glad they blew me off. Found another builder, he answered his phone, met with us the next day, 2 days later had draft plans for interior, will have construction plans by Tuesday, plans will be submitted to city by Friday! All of this from reputable competition of theirs within the original time it took these people to send out their first email response!! Funny how things work out

The lady was very nice and helpful. She actually gave me a rough quote which nobody else will do. It allowed me to get an idea of what something was going to cost me without having to go through a bunch of hoops.

Great site for custom luxury homes. Base floor plans start at $225k but can be altered as needed.

They are pretty nice. I just wish they were a little more straight forward on starting prices for their homes that were not on their website so I had an idea of what was available for my budget and what was included with the home. Places I use to look at homes would give an included and optional sheet. I understand there are also extra costs like where the lot is located and how it is being built.
