My apologies for this. We generally need payment before we start the proof. We were waiting on that and Im sorry if I wasnt clear on that (it is stated in the email for the quote though). I did give you a 35% discount and sent you a proof before payment on Thursday 10/07. I asked if you had a higher resolution file of your logo which you later emailed to us after we closed that day. After the proof was approved, you did make the payment on Monday 10/11. I was not aware that you needed it on Tuesday 10/12, which is less than the turnaround time quoted. I could have put a rush on it to meet your deadline had I known. We did issue you a refund. I can offer you a 50% discount if you still need the banner. Please, email us to let us know. Once again, Im sorry that you didnt have your banner for your event. Thank you, Steve Wilfred Production Manager

Steve dropped the ball several times with my order, i don't have my banner and i need it for my event i already paid for it i ordered it 3 weeks ago i have emails and screenshots to prove it, Steve told it would be ready no later then a week well he lied... DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AND need marketing using them they will fail you.

Ridiculous! They don't have a computer one can pay to download and print documents from online. They will not allow any of the computers there to be used for that. Wasted 20 minutes and walked out without important documents being printed.
