Terrible customer service. Wait times to speak with a customer service rep are ridiculous and e-mail takes 2 days or longer. If it weren't such a hassle to change providers I would be gone.
Horrible support and communication, poor follow through. Would absolutely recommend avoiding homenet if possible.
