I hired the team to do a soft chemical wash on the exterior of my home. There was chemical residue on my windows afterwards- spotty windows. My wood surfaces are painted dark brown. There was a white chemical residue left on them as well. The team said that they rinsed it twice. I don't believe it was worth the money charged and will power wash it myself the next time.

We are so very sorry that this was you and your in-laws experience. Our office staff has spent the last few hours and beyond our business hours searching for any record of your service for windows in the $600 range in the last month, or any complaints filed concerning this situation, any go-backs being documented in regards to property damage, voicemails, text messages, emails, or of a sound system being damaged to no avail. My in-laws used them based on my suggestion, and the crew blew the power washing into their speaker/outdoor Niles sound system mounted on the wall and the in-laws had to spend hundreds of dollars to replace it, and then I have had a couple of not so great experiences, but went ahead and gave them another chance this year, and they charged me over $600 to clean my windows and it was the worst job ever done on my house. I had to call them back several times to get it right.

This is truly a company you can trust will treat you like family. Larry K, the owner truly runs his business with integrity and professionalism. From Jason, to Evan and Brandon, every employee was meticulous, respectful, and professional. My mother, a senior citizen, is on a fixed budget, they took great care to make sure she was thoroughly pleased with every aspect of the job. I live several states away and I am always leery of companies who try to sell a service to my mom. Mom had terrible algae all over her home and this company disinfected it beautifully, cleaned up after themselves and even wiped down her glass doors. My mother has had terrible experiences with being taken advantage of to get necessary things done around the house so this company is a breath of fresh air!! She couldnt be happier with the project from start to finish. If you want a legitimate company who doesnt take advantage of customers, while going above and beyond in their field, this is definitely the company for you! You will not be disappointed and she will definitely use them over and over again in the future for any house projects that may come up. This is a 10 star company...5 stars doesnt do it justice!
