Terrible experience with the time it took customer service to respond to my time sensitive e-mail and when I did eventually get an email response (more than 72 hours later) it didnt answer my question or truly assist me in any way. Highly unhappy with the customer service so I canceled all of my products scheduled for auto-ship.

This is a beautiful company with a fantastic product. I am 56 and smoke occasionally enough to where my skin could go south very fast. I use collagen. I'm thrilled with the results.

The worst place I have ever experienced. I ordered then canceled because it took two months to get the product and over a year later I'm charged twice. They refuse to give my money back. They are a scam do NOT use this company. Fighting to get my money back now. They are also WAAAAAY to expensive.
