I'm sorry that you had this experience. I checked through the maintenance ticketing system and I didn't find any maintenance complaint from you to that effect. We always encourage our tenant's to bring their concerns directly to our attention.

There was a roach and mice infestation in the building I lived.
Recently moved out of 60 Duffield! When I was in a pinch, management was able to support a temporary move on short notice. Special thanks to Sonny, Carlos, Tillary Hotel staff and the engineers for making the move seamless.
I like the staff at Management office and the security guards, as well as the other service staff. They are always courteous and respond well to our request. Only think I don't like is the bathroom...needs updated facility and better cleaned.
Poor tenant satisfactory. My only window is covered by next door scaffolding. So, I asked to be transferred to the next door vacant apartment for the same rent amount as they advertised on StreetEasy. However, they upcharged me $100 per month to do so. For sure, tenant satisfactory is not their priority!
