We are a large (over 300 employee) company in Austin and we hired GG&R for a variety of commercial collection accounts with cumulative debts of about $100k.These lawyer crooks ended up racking up a bill on us for almost $80k in "services" IN LESS THAN 4 MONTHS of "work" (hours for which they still have yet to provide clear documentation on). At no point during this 4 months (where their lawyers claimed to be working on our behalf) did they send us an invoice or give us updates on the bill they were RACKING UP ON US. So far they have collected about $3 worth of debt for us. This company is a total scam. BEWARE. Do not hire them.

I have worked with Buford at GGR for the last couple of years and he is AMAZING to work with! He has always got back with me in a timely manner. He has an answer to every question I've asked. Buford and his people work extremely hard to get their jobs done. We adore them around here and HIGHLY recommend them to any and everybody.
