I allowed these people selling the Kirby Avalir 2 into my home in the middle of cooking dinner. Allowed them to show me the features of the product, allowed them to pull my credit. And I had a bad gut feeling about it the entire time. And I found out why.... At the very end when the final answer was no....(And it was actually the manager that made that decision for me) they had the nerve to actually get angry at me for not purchasing. The manager gets up, and storms out slamming my door. No hand shake, no thank you for your time.....And the other guy Johnathan M Jackson actually said "this has never happened before, but ok" So you're telling me a customer has never refused your product before? I've been in the sales business for 15 years, and I can tell you with all honesty, I have never once made a customer feel horrible about themselves because they could not afford my product, and I have never gotten angry at them for it. Those two people should really be ashamed, and find another field of work. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I was just trying to cook dinner for myself and my son, and you ruined my entire evening. Will never buy a Kirby as long as I live now. Well done fellas.

I worked there as well and the distributor Marcus is the best leader ever! Great attitudes and positive vibes it was the most awesome experience I have ever had. I never knew doing this type of profession could be so much fun, and make so much money! And a lot of people on here that have negative things to say need to rethink if you really put in the work when you were there or, did you think you were gonna get the money for free? Some of you are lazy and cant take rejection from customers or the leaders. So that tells me you have a problem with authority or dont have good people skills which mean your not gonna make it anywhere that involve people. And some of the customers on here credit was probably bad so you have to blame someone for your shame of not paying your bills. And if your property got damaged the company doesnt have a problem with helping with damage if they are at fault. End of the day we can complain about the company the same way you will if you rated a restaurant. If you needed fast money you would come back because the doors are always open to everyone. In other words this business is what you make it, just like life!
