More Than Glass strives to make each and every customer happy and we do our utmost to complete each job on time and accurately. However, sometimes mistakes or accidents occur and we have to reorder a piece of glass to complete a job. If the glass is not correct, we then have to wait another week for the correct glass to arrive from our out of state vendors. While this is frustrating for the homeowner and us, we want the job to be done correctly, so that in the end the homeowner has the shower enclosure that they dreamed of.

Would not recommend. Extremely unresponsive and unreliable. They ordered the wrong shower three times, without offering any apology or correction. I even called the glass maker, who told me I should fire More than Glass (unfortunately at that point it was too late). When they finally did install the shower door, it was an absolute mess - adhesive was everywhere. They had to come back out and redo. The only reason they are receive a second star is because one shower was done properly and on time. Mistakes happen - but this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Do not even bother.

I bought a large piece of glass (4'x9') to cover our kitchen table. They offered options for the edge and corners and had my glass ready in a couple of days. I picked it up and they helped me load it in my vehicle. Whenever someone asks where we got the glass, I refer them to More Than Glass. Very happy with the product and service.
