Stopped in without a reservation was and was told they were booked up and couldn't be sat....so I went to the website found that reservations were available at the time we visited, booked a reservation, hostess said that yelp is wrong and we can't be seated, we were pretty upset as my daughter is a big tim Burton fan, so we left....found another place for dinner, then was notified later that evening that I "no showed" my reservation and I'm being charged 110 for a dinner I wasn't allowed to have b/c "yelps reservation system is wrong"....called the restaurant last night to discuss...can only leave a message. I'll be contesting this charge today...scam of Restaurant...pretty piss poor customer service will not be back.

The vibe was good, but they tell you it's about $55 per person then turns out to be about $90 per person(no I didnt get a drink).

This was a great experience. Jack Skellington spent time with each table, really talking to each person. This was a hit, even with the teenager. I had the mac & cheese, steak with mashed potatoes, and lemon bars. It was all very rich so if I had a do over I might try the salad as an appetizer so I could finish the dessert. I do suggest expecting to spend closer to $100 per person with drinks, fees, tips and what not. That being said if you love Halloween or the Nightmare before Christmas it is worth it!

I was so excited to try this bar on my birthday since we also had tickets to see Beetlejuice the musical. We planned our whole trip around going to this place and took a 30 minute Lyft from the Marquis theater to go here before the show (where we parked). We researched this place and the menu, we had planned on just doing a walk in. On Google and their website, it stated it would be opened today- Wednesday, but when we got here it was closed with no restaurant hours on the door. We had to find out through FACEBOOK that theyre closed Monday-Wednesday. We always try to research places to the best of our abilities so we were excited. But oh well. I really suggest updating your hours everywhere!
