I hate leaving bad reviews. You can look at my review history I rarely leave negative reviews. Whenever possible I try to support local so when a need for a last minute print job came up I referred someone over to Price's to see if they could get it done. They agreed they could make the last minute deadline for some event flyers and business cards. When they were contacted the day before the event to find out the status they said they had some bigger regular customer orders come in so they bumped the production back to get the other orders done first. They said they'd call by noon the day before the event to let us know when they'd be done. Noon comes and goes with no communication. At 3:00pm i called to check the status and the guy says there's no way they'll be done. Then changes his story to say that he was told the due date was 3 days later, the artwork layout submitted for the event flyer has the date on it, there's no way he was told it was 3 days later. Then he blamed us for coming last minute. As someone who's done t-shirt printing for over a decade, you dont bump somebody if you say you can do it. Charge more? Sure should have planned better, but you dont agree to a job and then say the heck with it because better work comes in. I hear they do good work. I wish I had first hand knowledge and could vouch for that. Unfortunately if your not a big enough customer then your deadlines dont matter. If you didn't plan good enough to not have your order in a month before you need it then i wouldn't trust Price's word that they'll get it done. Really disappointed unfortunately.
