Let me tell you a story. Went in to this dealership to look at a beautiful 2017 HD heritage, teal and white. Just wanted to sit on the bike to see if it was even a consideration for me. Walked around and around and around the bike. Looked up repeatedly for a sales associate. There was a group of 5 or 6 sales guys right in front of me. Not one of them approached and asked to help or give me information or even to say hello. Then one guy walks by and says like that bike, huh and keeps walking. Really? In 2022? Are sales that great that you dont even greet a customer? Your chance to have a loyal, repeat purchase customer walked out the door.
I'll have to admit that even though it's a large Harley-Davidson dealership the friendly folks there are receptive to any and all people who walk you whether you're riding a bike that day or not the service people answered several of my questions and were more than willing to help meet my needs great place to go if you're out for a ride
"John was excellent! Very helpful, explained all to be done and both my services were done on time. He even told me to ride safe on the new tires for the first 100 miles or so. Great job, thanks for making this a pleasant experience. "
Beautiful dealership. Huge. Great inventory. Bad experience with a floor manager. I won't name anyone, but he's a special type of dude.
