I sent an email cancelling my appointment. Well apparently that doesn't matter because that manager no longer works there. They are still charging my card full price even with 2 days notice.
I went into this salon with high hopes that if Im paying a lot, then Ill have quality. Super disappointed. My experience at this salon was not good. Little things here and there but ultimately, my hair was cut way too short. I went in with long hair, past my butt. I showed the hairstylist where i wanted it cut to, the middle of my back. But it was cut to my upper back. I love my long hair and its a part of me. I went through chemo last year and didnt lose my hair. This was my first haircut since chemo. It was suppose to be a new start and a special haircut. I took a few days to play with my new haircut to see if it was me overreacting, but after 2 days I finally gave in and gave the salon a call, explaining my experience. The lady on the phone told me she would talk to the hairstylist and have the hairstylist call me back. There was a lack of empathy from the lady on the phone and I NEVER got a call from the hairstylist its been a week I will never return here. As a business owner myself, feedback and customer service is super important to me. I will not spend my money where those things arent valued! This haircut is so not me. Im so upset about it.
