Do not do Business with Gallery Motorcars. I had a written agreement with them to do three things to the car after purchase. They wrote the agreement at time of purchase, they did none of the items described on the list. The agreement provided a date, 3 days after purchase, for them to do the items. I tried to get them to do the items for 3 months. Gallery agreed to arbitrate. As part of the arbitration, they agreed to perform to the result of the arbitrators findings, then when they lost the arbitration, they did not pay as required by the arbitrator. Their only defense was "there was no money left in the deal". That is what they said, multiple times. Remember, they wrote the agreement at time of purchase, and signed the agreement at the time of purchase, and the items were part of purchase agreement and then didn't want to do it. It was $1200 - not tens of thousands. This leads me to believe that they are shady and dishonest. The timeline from the Arbitrator has passed. If I receive the money, I will update my review. I stand on principle: do what you say you will do,its really not a difficult concept. Notice this is not an anonymous post. I do not fear dishonest people or companies. I hope this post allows the next potential customer the opportunity to just keep driving and saves them grief.
Stay away from this dealer. I had a terrible experience with my purchase. They have no customer service to speak off, do not stand behind their product and are blatant liars. I would recommend you have a lawyer before you walk into this place. Keep your peace of mind and stay away as far as you can. Lot better places to buy a used vehicle in Dallas.
They are out of business now, I'll still rate them. Probably the most crooked dealership in the DFW. Sold me a problematic car with a warranty. Turns out, they never enrolled my car in the warranty program, just pocketed my $2k.
