Very poor service and at least 1 very poor doctor at this location. My fiance went in, had an appointment, and was 8 minutes late due to the covid sign in and regulations, plus with orthopedics at the end of the hall, and she had been having a very hard time waking, it took her a little longer. She was then denied by the doctor to be seen. He wouldn't even come out and tell her himself. Extremely upsetting that someone in pain gets turned away due to 8 minutes past the scheduled time, yet you can be there early and still have to wait an hour past your scheduled time to be seen, and that's apparently perfectly fine. If you're looking for care, then I DO NOT recommend this place.

Went to be seen for blood tinged sputum at 10:30am on a Friday afternoon. The waiting room was a ghost town, maybe 2 other patients waiting at most. When I was taken to the exam room I noticed that the exam area was mostly empty too. I waited in the exam room for over an hour and started to wonder if they had forgotten about me. A simple "hey we're running behind, we'll get to you soon" would have sufficed. Finally a provider blusters into the room, no hello, confirms my name and DOB, and spends all of, maybe, a full minute listening to my lungs(and that's being generous). Doesn't ask me ANYTHING, doesn't give me an opportunity to ask questions, and promptly runs out of the room without allowing me to speak AT ALL. She didn't even give me a chance to mention the bloody sputum. Runs back into the room a minute later, throws a pack of papers at me, when I try to speak she talks over me and won't allow me to ask questions. Told me to go home and take Mucinex and hydrate, then blusters out of the room finishing her sentence over her shoulder as she's hurrying out of the room. If I'm being generous she spent maybe 3 minutes on my care, in a setting with a very light work load compared to the other clinics I've been to. Bottom line, she did an extremely poor if not incomplete exam, no treatment given, and then leaves the room so fast I can't even get a word in. I've worked in medical science for almost 20 years and that was by far the worst bedside manner I have ever witnessed. I'm sure they will bill me for a full 15 minute exam and expect prompt payment. There was absolutely no reason why she needed to take the battle field approach with me. Simply taking an extra minute or two to give me a chance to speak would have changed the whole experience. I went out to my car and cried afterwards. I'm so tired of the bureaucrats of medicine making excuses for these types of providers. As someone who has been around doctors and nurses for the better part of 2 decades, this experience was an embarrassment to the profession. These types of people do not belong being face-to-face with patients. And I'm so tired of hearing about compassion fatigue. Let me say from experience that there are nurses and doctors who manage to give good care even when they feel overwhelmed. If you can't provide complete care, that the patient PAYS for, then you had better be billing appropriately for the lack thereof.

Waited for over two hours to be seen and am extremely sick. Whats the point of calling it an Urgent Care if youre still going to put priority on people who make and appointment????
