Me and my wife went in to the Glendale location Sunday at 515pm. It closes at 6pm. We asked to cut my wife's hair. 3 employees sitting and not customers present. They were not busy. And they told us to come back on Monday because they only have 15 minutes to cut hair and can't do it today. Note that they close at 6pm. We had 45 minutes to get her hair cut and they didn't want to cut it. That is bad service because they wanted to not work and just close early. 3 employees sitting with no customers and they didn't want to cut my wife's hair. The management needs to address this issue.

Appointment times are rarely adhered to. Its common for me to walk in and then to say theyre running behind and I wont be seen for 20-30 min past my appointment time.
