Complete garbage customer service. Had someone come out and attempted to get a quote for a fence and a deck. Was completely ready to spend the money and have them complete the project. For weeks and weeks would not get back to me or return my calls, even when I called up there basically trying to hand them money. Very strange business practice.
Chelsie, we are glad you like install. The Cc is put on file for a deposit and the balance per contract signed. We do have to have a permit prior to the install and the cities do not update us. We always work hard and to be better at communicating and we always call and or email prior to all installs. Thank you for the business and feedback!

The fence itself is great. Very glad we did it. My complaint with this company is they dont communicate AT ALL. We were told to pay the deposit. we called and gave them the card and they didnt run it for 2 weeks. Turns out they wanted the permit from the city first which we respect but no one told us this was the process so we kept having to manage our money. They dont tell you before they run the card you called in so at any time thousands of dollars could be taken out of your account. We were also told almost daily that they would call us and let us know when they were coming out to do the install. The office NEVER called us. We had to call them daily for updates. It was very frustrating. The installers were nice and knowledgeable UPDATE: My sister in law inquired about a fence at least a week ago and they still have yet to contact her. She has since gone elsewhere.
Andrew the foreman and his crew were absolutely professional and the installation was superb. The cleanup was also excellent. The whole job was above and beyond what I expected.
We never did any work for Askel or Colton nor did we have any correspondence about any work. We did do the job for Mrs. Allen. I had one phone call with the customer. At no time did I yell or cuss. Please read my response to Coltons review. Were being reviewed by people we never actually did work for or corresponded with. We reported all this to Google.

The owner is entirely unprofessional and deceitful. the workers were fine, they got their job done. They offered to remove the debris, never giving a fee or price. They said "we got this, dont worry". Then the owner tried to charge 500 dollars for the removal. when we said there was never anything said about this, and that we had originally planned to just take the debris to the tree lawn before the offer, the owner turned very unprofessional, said he would charge our card without our consent and when we pointed out that was illegal he began cussing and calling my mother names. He said he would not come back regardless of issues, but we were fine with not dealing directly with the owner. We even looked passed that and recommended the company to another neighbor as we knew the employees were fine at what they did. Not making that mistake again. 2 years later and our neighbors tree hits the fence. After contacting the company for an estimate, as our neighbor's insurance would pay for it and she needed an estimate, one gentleman came out and took pictures of the fence, agreeing some things needed to be fixed. He said he would get the estimate to her and then we spent the next 3 months going back and forth with them giving empty words about coming out. Our issue is with the owner and the owner only, as his disrespect seems to know no bounds. He claimed that because we didnt stain the fence our warranty was voided, but we were never told that was needed, and the contract did not state so.
