Unable to honor contracted orders Several parents, from my daughters team and I ordered apparel at the November 6th State Cross Country meet in Pasco. We paid for our apparel, and since they were not set up to fulfill the demand, they told us that we would receive our merchandise in two weeks. It is now February 12th, and still we have not received what was paid for. The lines were hours long, so how many people paid for their items not to receive them, and are now feeling ripped off? We have called and emailed several times with no response. I stated in an email to Rush Apparel, during these times I understand delays, but to receive no response is not acceptable. I received a reply after my third request (where I told them Id be contacting our athletic director)and was asked for another copy of my receipt. I sent the receipt, but I have not heard anything as of yet. I sent a letter to WIAA regarding this issue, as I think they need to rethink their contract with this company. I am suggesting the rest of the parents on the team to do the same.
Wow, what a horrible company! I am like a lot of other people complaining. I spent $52 on an overpriced sweatshirt. Purchased at the morning of the WIAA cross-country championship. They said it would be ready in a few hours. Then they said they would ship it. Then after two emails from me and a phone call and waiting two months, no response. I then file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. They dispute this transaction! Wow, the audacity of Rush Team Apparel. They deserve to go out of business and to have their contract revoked by the WIAA. I could say more but will not. All my child wanted was a shirt from her last year of her state meet. Shame on you Rush!
I am currently working with Rush Team Apparel, they have went above and beyond my expectations for an apparel company, they are incredibly responsive and have an incredible team working with them

Update: I finally spoke with Jessica this morning after a month of no call back. She was wonderful. She explained the issues they had run into and assured me my daughter's order would be shipped today. While I'm not happy with the timeline of events, the customer service was top-notch today. We will see how everything goes from here. Thank you, Jessica, for answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Original review: My daughter ordered gear from them. They did not take her address. It was not ready at the event, apparently they ran out of materials. Now they will not answer their phone or email. It has been 6 days, I have left countless messages and emailed twice. Where is my merchandise and/or my money?!
