Really annoyed I drove 2 hours and they were closed. They did post they would be closed, apparently the night before. I looked at their hours the afternoon before and they said they would be open. Still not pleased and not sure Ill ever try again

Not very responsive when I inquired about a watch via email. When they responded, we agreed on a total price. Then a day later when I inquired to get the deal done they said I had to pay Indiana sales tax even though I live in TX ???? Not a pleasant experience.

Moyer Fine Jewelers has quickly become my family jeweler from my engagement & wedding rings, gifts for milestones, watches, and everything in between. The staff knows so much about their product and spend lots of time educating the buyer (aka me). Everyone is accommodating, low pressure, and I know Im buying quality product. I always leave happy and am so thankful to have a jeweler I can trust! Plus, the golden retrievers that hang around dont hurt!

Horrible online customer service. I inquired about the availability of a certain watch, no answers. But immediately got email spams. Even as I informed them, nothing changed.
