Terrible service, owner actually laughed and walked away from me at the window counter. We had ordered 28 knit shirts with our dance team logo screened on the back, laundered and hung to dry, three shirts were fine , fourth one had knit collar and sleeve bands that were a different knit turned an off color. All were laundered the exact same way with only one turning color, I took the shirt back to them and was told too bad! Had to be my fault! Was not my fault , a flaw in the material, they would do nothing about it. For a owner to be so rude and walk away from a customer when I was trying to come up with a solution since the dance team will be performing in Nashville Tenn., is unacceptable. The gentleman was very nice and even apologized for her behavior. I had referred two other groups, never again! If you have a problem with the quality, too bad, you are out of luck!

I have always been pleased with the quality of cal sales work! From printing our work coats to embroidery for my dress shirts the work is always great !
