Worst Agency I've ever worked with, would never take a project to them ever again. They weren't always this way, however they have a history of being very up and down. Most recently they completely failed on development on a project where they claimed they were extensively over budget and kept coming back asking for more money before they even showed us anything they'd done. We ended up pulling the entire project from them. Have had to scrap components to the site due to finding more and more issues and finding more and more parts of the site that just don't work. They have absolutely no QA. They claim they do QA, but if that were the case then we wouldn't have been handed the mess we got. If felt like they were pulling a grift on us and not only that, but claiming we were making changes during development when that was absolutely not the case. I hope they get their act together. Anyone that looks at their portfolio can see that they have talent and can care about their work. What we got was anything but that from them.

They have taken our digital performance to levels we never thought achievable. Kim (and team) are fantastic listeners and are very consultative. They made sure that we didn't go down the wrong path several times. I would also add that the response time is very prompt. We have never had a question or request go unanswered for more than 24 hours.

The wonderful people at Via worked with me and my friend on launching our photography company. They allowed us to use their office space to setup for our first official photoshoot, and were very gracious as we took over the space with our gear, models, and costumes. Great people. Great work. Community focused.

My website was sitting on another server that started causing me massive issues. After two weeks of my site sometimes working, I got in touch with VIA. They got my site moved to their servers and several other issues with it squared away. They were with the transition and with every bit of communication that needed to happen. I am now in talks with them about helping with my marketing plans. I cannot be more thrilled to have them as a teammate.
