I want to support Black business but this one let me down. I ordered a couple t-shirts to wear for the days leading up to my daughter's special day, her wedding, and, not only, did I NOT receive the shirts, but I got excuse after excuse for why they were not ready. I also never received a phone call or text on the status of my order. I had to call multiple times about my order and when it was not complete by the date needed, I knew I had been conned. I asked for a refund and they stated they did not give refunds. I didn't understand this as the t-shirts had not even been made and the receipt said nothing to the effect. I want others to know that if you decide to use this business do not pay in advance and ask about their refund policy, but to avoid deceived, use another reputable business.

I wish it were possible to give 0 stars. Ray had an order for NCCU School of Law for an event and did not fulfill the order when promised to allow people time to pick up the shirts for the event. Faculty, staff and students had to pick up shirts the day before the event. The order was also NOT complete. Two shirts were missing from the order, and three shirts were messed up during printing. He outsourced the printing without even informing us, so the printer changed the messed up shirts out, but for short sleeve. Ray still has not replaced the 2 missing shirts. I am highly disappointed because I have used Rays services for many years. I have contacted Ray several times via phone and email to get this order completed and/or get a refund to NO AVAIL. He has now taken the money and ran.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! The owner is very unprofessional and I had to return product and did not receive it back after weeks of following up with him. He also delay orders and says its been placed but it hasnt. Ray does not care about his customers at all. Costed my company time and money! Will never do business with them ever again...
