Unfortunately a 1 star. I'd give a 0 if it weren't for the good care by the doctor. Nothing but billing issues since Nov 2019. We are on 8 months on back and forth faults on why 1 of our 2 kids well child check up was not covered, even with a preservice approval. I am on my 4th rebilling from provider to insurance and each time they blame each other. Now I HAVE TO APPEAL because of coding errors and billing mishaps. Never again will we return. So turned off by even bringing my kids in unless an emergency. We will not be returning. Very unfortunate and disappointing that this was done with such simple situation.

This review is to share about call wait times for M Health Fairview in general. I have tried different times of the day and it is ALWAYS a very long wait time. Last time I tried to take advantage of the 24/7 scheduling option... calling at midnight. After 10 minutes of waiting at midnight, I finally hung up! Ridiculous!

My doctor didn't show up until a full hour after my appointment time. Which was odd because I was the only vehicle in the parking lot. Instead of even attempting to look into my ailments, she just decided to refill prescriptions from when I was 9-10 years old. I waited an hour to be seen for three minutes and to get prescriptions from 12 years ago. The only saving grace was the nice lady who was cleaning the clinic. I will definitely be going elsewhere
