We chose Nabil Hajj & Umrah because they had a 13/14 night package, which worked for us, and a family friend who had completed Umrah with them gave good feedback. The deposit was paid early in 2018, and we were very happy with all interactions with the London office - all the staff were very courteous. Brother Mashood and Brother Ahmad were our main contacts at the office, and we found them very honest and helpful. The service was efficient - you could always speak to someone after the phone ringing perhaps 3 or 4 times, and everything was going very smoothly so far. As the departure date approached, we noticed we still didnt have our tickets or flight information. Around this time, our Madinah hotel was changed by the tour organiser without much explanation. The last week or two before our departure date was incredibly stressful as we waited on our still absent tickets. They became available to us 24 hours before we were travelling. Further to this, one of our flights, both of which were promised to depart and return to London Heathrow, was now returning to Manchester (!) As a result, we unfortunately ended up having only 11 nights for our Hajj package. Alhamdulillah we still completed most of the rites of our Hajj in a timely manner (we were late in reaching Mina one night), and visited both holy cities, however briefly. Brother Shakeel was helpful and courteous, in the limited interaction we had with him. Brother Usama was generally good but had his moments. Brother Zakeer was our main guide and leader, and was a blessing. He was kind, patient and always good at organising the group. It was really good to have the Sheikh readily available for any religious advice during the trip. I would have happily given them 5 stars if we hadnt been so let down by the situation with flights. Other little hiccups along the way could easily have been ignored, but not knowing when or even if you are travelling was very stressful and I was quite disappointed to only have had 11 nights for my Hajj with an extra long return journey by coming back to the wrong city. Alhamdulillah, we did have an absolutely lovely and varied group of Hajjis, and I am so grateful that if we were to have hiccups, that I got to experience those hiccups with such a wonderful group of people.

Excellent experience Alhamdulillah. Team at Nabil Hajj & Umrah are professional, reliable and rates are competitive. We travelled with a 9 year old and a 3 year old and the service provided by the company hired by these guys (Qaswa) was great. I would highly recommend this team and say JazakAllah for such a wonderful experience Alhamdulillah.
