If I could give a ZERO star review I would. This company is an absolute joke. They are thieves and liars. Every single one of the good reviews on here are as fake as it gets. Ive already contacted the better business bureau on them several times.

We were interested in a property owned by Six10 Management. We called to set up a tour outside of normal 9-5 hours. I understand this is an inconvenience, but they treated us horribly for even asking. They didn't return our calls and emails, and they gave us no information about the rental. Over one phone call, they told me they were far too busy to take a message so I would have to keep calling back until the property manager was back in the office.

Soon as I inquired about the home Jesse contacted me right away set up a showing and Shine was very proffesinal and was very detailed about info with no confusion..I haven't even been approved yet for the home but I am very satisfied w/ the company..Thank you Shine and Jesse for making my home showing a good experience..

This was my first rental experience, and overall, it has been a good one! There were a few issues after I moved in, but they were handled quickly and efficiently. Both the Maintenance Supervisor, Shane Palmer, and the Property Manager, Vanessa Turner, have been wonderful to work with throughout the process.

We'd like to remind you that we are a multifamily property and welcome all folks alike despite their weight and how many children they have as long as it falls within Fair Housing guidelines and does not violate any occupancy standards set forth by the State of Indiana. While we understand it may be frustrating to have someone above you, we'd hope you'd understand that we cannot put prospective tenants in a downstairs or upstairs apartment based on their weight. As always, we value you as a tenant and always encourage our residents to contact the authorities if they feel there is a noise complaint after the hours set forth by Marion County noise ordinances. We hope your remaining months will be more enjoyable, but understand if you need to find more suitable living conditions.

We lived here 7 mos of absolute tortue. Nothing has been fixed since the day we moved in. They put a man (300#) on top of us that is either on speed or he's hyper ans never lays down. His kids 2, well maybe 3 or no there were 4 last weekend. It is now 1:45 in the morning and they are still stirring. Also a man with a knife slashed his live in's tires was arrested and they let him back in the complex. We're looking foe a condo more money but peace is worth it. Management stinks they take a paycheck and sit all day.
