I dont like giving bad reviews but my brow threading experience here was awful! I had Veena thread my brows and what a mistake that was! Rushed the whole thing and I left with the most awful eyebrows that werent tidy or matching! Only nice thing about the place is the decor.

Hi Poonam, we are sorry you feel you had a poor service from Glamorise. Rest assured, all the staff adhere to the highest standard in customer service and its not in our interest to provide a poor service. We carried out an internal investigation and we feel there has been miscommunication with the pricing of our hair and make up service. It was explained when you came into the salon that both hair and make up services are separate in price and service. This was also mentioned in the phone call conversation to you. On our website our prices are separate for both hair and make up services. We don't want to lose our customers through miscommunication and therefore request you speak directly to Veena or the salon manager Michelle when enquiring for hair and make up services in future as we do not wish to lose you as a customer.

Veena might be providing a good service but staff are not even able to take a simple call to advise of charges for party Hair and makeup even though the website has some info!!! Absolutely poor customer service. Free business advice to Veena - hire staff who can provide customers with prices when they inquire. You will certainly get more business !!!

Highly recommend Glamorise, my stylist always does a really good job with colouring and cutting my hair. So pleased I found them after a few bad experiences with other salons

unfortunately don't take complaints well and poor service was never corrected or even replied to. won't be going here ever again.
