Everyone here was friendly. Maybe too friendly. We went there looking for a SUV. We found a few we liked. We were on a budget and asked Michael if he would go down on the price at all because we were cash buyers. He said no at first. He said his reputation spoke for itself and invited us to check them out online which I did. He then told us he could come down on the price which made us happy to hear. We weren't able to test drive the car that day but we gave him a $500 cash deposit and would return the following day for the test drive. Went for the test drive the next day with one of the employees. Gotta say it was weird having some guy with us on the test drive. It's like they didn't trust us to take it for a ride. Anyway the car was not shifting correctly. Seemed like it had some kind of transmission issues. We told Michael it wasn't the car for us. He then tried to get us into 3 other vehicles for the same price. Well the last vehicle was much less and he was still going to charge us the higher amount. You really showed us your real colors Micheal. And when we asked for our deposit back he didn't have our cash. He had to write us a check. I didn't like that at all. Good thing it cleared. But Micheal you truly are the epitome of a Used Car Salesman. Good luck to anyone purchasing a vehicle here. They REALLY want to get you into a car. We thought they were being helpful at first but learned really quick their a bunch of fast talking, smooth tongued, rip off artists.

Jason and all the guys were so friendly and helpful. Jason responded promptly to the questions I had during the week leading up to my purchase! I was very happy to find the small issues I mentioned at my test drive had been dealt with when I came back to complete the purchase.
