I literally have never been treated so badly in my life. First of all this place is so hard to get ahold of and appointments are pushed out atleast a month. I've been to 3 different appointments with miss Valerie and not one time has she done what I asked or what another doctor asked pertaining to my inner ear problems. I've still yet to see an allergist, because she thought it would be better to just give me a bunch of allergy medicine and sent me on my way, even after my ent doctor specifically requested I get these allergie tests done. I do not like the computer system they operate on, more or less it is google. In this system they plug in what your symptoms are and it generats a diagnosis. This person is also so rough when examining you. As I said I have an inner ear problem we've been trying to figure out and even after telling her how much it hurt she still proceeded to be so rough with my ears and head while examining. She is 100% unprofessional and has little to no bedside manner. I would also like to say as soon as she found out I am unvaccinated she ended our appointment and asked the clinic manager to finish my appointment and make me another appointment with this woman. I am literally disgusted by the way I was treated by medical professional and I hope no one gets treated this way by this woman.
Not sure why this post come up under my husband's name or why it's about Gregory Smith since that is not the doc I saw but oh well. The staff all service very good here I actually saw PA Adepeju George and she was wonderful great bedside manner and very knowledgeable I would highly recommend her and this office. Thanks Linda Marr
Poor, poor, poor phone service. Called to a hold line...after several minutes someone answers , ask me to hold...ok....finally answer again after total of 20 minutes....explain the situation...she says ok....puts me on hold again!!.. and it goes to a voice mail that asks me for name and call back number.....truly unacceptable. I am a nurse case manager and I, nor anyone else, has time to wait on the phone like that.
