Nonredponsive company.... I've been trying to contact them for over a month. (I currently rent through them) I've even gone up to the office multiple times and noone was there! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM. Worst experience I've ever had! I'm only giving one star because zero stars isn't an option!

Absolutely horrific. On the day of the renter moving in they cancelled our agreement. They coordinated none of the prep work for the house which had to be handled by myself, and when I questioned why the cleaning after the maintenance work that I had scheduled (the cleaning being the only thing they helped try and schedule) was being done after the client move in date since we wanted it cleaned before move in, they didnt even give a response but cancelled the agreement. They never told the client to switch over utilities on the house into an account in the clients name. My tenant just texted and said when she went to do a house tour there was still no cleaning done, they never even responded to my text asking why the cleaning was being done after client move in as I mentioned above, didnt even bother to explain that the client was moving in after the scheduled move in date???? They are understaffed, poorly prepared and rarely respond on time. The only good thing about this company is the father of the business lead who gave excellent advice when called in to see if the house was ready for rent, but he isnt even part of the company anymore and does his own work, he was just doing a favor for his son who runs the business. I wish this scale went into the negatives, dont do business with these folks.
