Hello we're disappointed that you felt the need to give a bad review after the numerous months we tried to reschedule your party. When you originally booked the party we explained that to reserve a blending party for 11 women we would need a Non-Refundable deposit to hold the date, since it's after hours, and with that many women we would both need to be there as well as our assistant. You were aware that we did have to cancel the first date due to a death in the family. Then you rebooked and cancelled TWICE. We tried over numerous months to reschedule your party and use your original deposit to no avail. When you reserve and cancel with a non refundable deposit twice, you can not expect a refund or product. We're surprised that your eye shadow didn't stay on as its pure mineral pigment, but we're happy to re-blend your shadow for free at any time. We wish you could've be one of the 38 FIVE STAR reviews we have on Facebook and numerous here, but we're happy to have cleared the air on this deposit issue and wish you the best.

While its a fun experience my first time and spent at least 250.00 on product- they are awful at customer service. That same day when we went our first time-We put a deposit down for a make up party too because we were excited to share with friends. We scheduled 11 of us to go back but they cancelled about 3 days before we were scheduled to go saying the partner couldnt be there and they had no other staff -We tried a few other dates that didnt work for the partners or for us -they needed both to be there I suppose-so after a month of trying I wanted to use the money from my deposit to buy a gift card and product-the one owner said keep it as credit and keep trying to reschedule-I still purchased a gift card... after months of trying to collect dates on BOTH ends to see what feasible with the store and 11 friends -as the summer then holidays kicked in-I finally gave up getting 11 people together -it was too difficult and i was over zealous to think I could get this many working women together again -so I first asked if I could get a refund and it was a NO! There was No discussion or alternative solution (for example I offered that would have bought additional product!) it was NO! Keep in mind we had a discussion with Kiara they day we booked it and she said if we cant get the party going she would work with us re the deposit since they just started their business. My last interaction with her was on 11/21 via email and when I expressed my huge disappointment and that I would even purchase product as an alternative Kiara finally said shed get back to me ....its 12/31! I would have purchased product by now and likely would have booked a much smaller party in coming months for a friend who is sensitive to make up but I think she could use this one had they been more accommodating. Ill accept no refund if you allow me to purchase productWhats the difference where the money is used? Explain that to me???? Clearly they need a lesson on accommodating their customers or are in need of my 200.00 badly!! They clearly need help in their shop and quite frankly it seems like the 2 partners are on 2 pages. You cant please everyone I know but you can try! Ps the foundation was great but the eye shadow hardly stays

Hi Danielle, we are very sorry you didn't love your experience here, we have never had anyone have an adverse reaction to our makeup as it is Vegan, Gluten free, Paraben free and non toxic. When we asked you if you liked the application, you said you "loved it!" We would have been more than happy to adjust anything to your liking, had you mentioned it. Also in terms of your hair, it was pouring out and as someone who struggles with frizzy hair I know it's very tough for some of us to keep a curl in that weather. All that said, we would be happy to offer you a complimentary application to work out any issues you had.

Sadly I wanted to love this makeup...the ladies are amazing thats number one. The hair stylist is super sweet as well. Unfortunately for me my outcome was not what I wanted. My hair was completely straight by time I got to my car :( and my makeup didnt suit me and I had a reaction to it; both of my eyes kept pouring tears out and my two corners were burning and red, along with itching all over..so I did go home wash my face do my makeup and curl my hair. Ladies I wish you well it just did not meet my expectations.

I had my make up done for a photo shoot at Blende. I was highly impressed by the professionalism and attention. It was my first time having my make up professionally done but I was made to feel at ease by the treatment I received. I loved the way my make up came out. I was highly impressed how my makeup was identical to my complexion. When the make up was completed I looked glamorous and not like someone else. This was a fear of mine walking in, however, I looked like a glamorous version of myself. I loved my experience!

I visited Blende for a makeup lesson and for a custom foundation. Keira was amazing, super-patient with explaining all the different techniques to a makeup noob. We talked about everything from eye makeup options, foundation and concealer, to lips and glamming up. The foundation is a perfect fit to my skin color -- much better than anything I can get on Amazon or in a "regular" store! Will definitely visit again.

Nikki is the best! That lady knows what she is doing. My daughters makeup for prom was more beautiful then we could ever imagine! We will definitely go back:) I will recommend her to everybody. We had to use somebody else for her second prom because Blende was booked. We went to Space Spa, and that was big disappointment:( My daughters face was darker than her neck and makeup was done in 10 min.
