The staff made me wait for over 38 minutes just to try on a jacket and top. Prior to that, the security outside the store stopped people from entering and made everyone wait outside for 20 minutes. I saw them let someone who came in after me into the changing rooms because he seemed to want to try on and buy more products than I did. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one that isn't run by trash tier millenials. I should've considered the reviews, what a waste of time. I thought it wouldn't be as bad as people on Google Maps reviews described, but it was.

To whom it may concern my girlfriend won the off white raffle at the New York empty gallery store hear in New York on Mercer street and was denied from picking up the shoe even though all her information matched picture address, everything they only denied her access because of the Connecticut license she literally called out of work to purchase the shoes for me as a early Christmas gift only to be disappointed once she got in the store she printed the email of her winning and everything not only was the store staff I talked to rude but he hung up on me as well and shared no symptom not a reseller I wear my kicks and this is heartbreaking on so many levels smh please if you can get back to me at a timely Matter to solve this it was for Jordan 2 lows off white size 10.5 manger hung up in my face as well had no sympathy for a sneaker head kind of gave off he was tryna keep to resell for his own profit is
