We have been using SuperSalon for close to 3 years as Regis corporation (our franchiser) forced us to use this tool. This is by far one of the worst company in software industry primarily because it has outdated design, management doesn't care about customer requests/relations and worst of all the POS to ioffice does not sync (functionality fault). In the last 2 months there was not a single day the system functionality wasn't broken. When I need to run payroll - payroll report does not work, when I need to analyze deposits the deposit analysis/summary does not work, when there is a retail sale over 100 dollars to check out the integration with credit card machine does not work, just to name a few issues. The CEO Raj Mahajan does not seem to care for anything at all as I wasted my time sending him multiple emails. It appears that the priorities arent straight at this company. I dont like posting negative reviews but forced to do this after NON RESPONSE from ProPoint leadership on multiple attempts
