Hello Ge mar. We are happy to provide a drop off center to our customers and also not charge for them. Everyone is more than welcome to leave their package without waiting in line. However, if you do want a receipt for that drop off, you do have to wait in line. We are not discouraging you, we are simply giving you the option of not having to wait in line. You are not entitled to skip everyone as a non paying customer. You are welcome to find another location that offers this service of providing a receipt and not waiting in line. We are a small local business and in a community that has many "old ladies" that we always have patience for and provide excellent customer service to. I encourage you to just take a picture of the label and leave it at the counter next time, and also learn to have more patience and appreciate the convenience we are offering.

It's good to have it as a drop off center. But they make you wait in line and discourage you from waiting for a receipt for a drop off when all it takes is a second for them to scan and print. Plus you have to wait behind the old ladies who want to socialize and take 10 minutes to make a decision on what gift wrap they want to buy and wait for them to take the pennies out of their purse. I feel bad for the elderly who are lonely and want to speak to someone but maybe you should pull them aside for a chat and not make several people behind them wait while they are shopping for ONE stamp and you are showing them the flower one, the car one, etc and they can't make up their mind.
Sorry to hear you think we are too expensive for you Karyn. We are extremely competitively priced and offer a wide range of services for all our customers. We are a small local business and try and help everyone, sorry we couldn't do that for you.
Went to ship a package here today. We paid a lot of money for shipping, which we were fine with. But the way we were treated was beyond awful. The lady that waited on us was straight up rude and nasty. You charge a lot for their services and then get treated in a disrespectful way? She recognized she crossed the line towards the end of the transaction, but it was too late.
