Hi Molly, Really sorry to receive this review from you. As your hair was pre-coloured & bleached elsewhere, Nicola had explained during the consultation that we wouldn't be able to achieve your desired colour. A strand test was taken and you had agreed to proceed based on this. We even provided you with a free toner and treatment following your first appointment and we thought that you and your mum were both happy with the outcome. We're sorry to hear that you felt upset enough to leave a review 2 months later, rather than getting back in touch with us.

If I could give no stars i would came in about 2 months ago to try and get my dark hair blonde showed the women nicola the picture and she said I wont be able to get it exactly like that but as close as possible turns out she made my hair orangey pinkie and when she noticed she said pink hairs trending but did I ask for pink hair NO she should be fired NICOLA was her name so no one else has to go through it again and what was the point of ringing again to pay an extra 50 odd pound to sort your mess out and we wearnt happy we said it was a bit better then what you did in the first place made to feel uncomfortable in there to

Really disappointed. its the 4 time i go there. The previous times it was okay. This time was really bad and i'm not sure if i go again. I payed 100 pounds for nothing. I first asked for a toner bit darker than now (i'm blonde). I left after THREE hours with exactly the same color. Second, i asked for treatment and they put me conditioner for 10 mins and after one more conditioner for ONE HOUR and she told me i have to leave it in for 15 mins and she did 1 hour to wash my hair. The woman she supposed to do my hair she had to go home and another guy cut my hair. Really nice and kind guy and he told me what to do with my damaged hair. BUT he cut my hair 5 minutes and he told me he cant cut more cause im not gonna like it. I agreed, i said okay but still in the end they charge me for a haircut they didnt do, a toner they didnt do and a FAKE treatment. So the 2 stars its only for the kind guy cause he told me the truth about what my hair needs. I had consultation today at 9:30 am with chelsea (my name is katerina). Then, the other girl told me she can do it straight away this time cause she had a cancelation. I dont know her name.
