Horrible customer service and disrespectful employees/owners. I purchased one uniform at this location and was promised it would be done in two months. I returned to their location to pick up my uniform and everytime I went back their was an excused... Lost, not completed, wrong size etc. Four months later I argued and requested a refund, after speaking with the owner he returned my money and advised me to take my business elsewhere. He stated he would not go out of business from Officers that purchase one uniform only because he has chiefs that purchase up to (5) uniforms a year. So do yourselves a favor and don't stop by.

Cant get anyone to respond to my inquiry about order. The tracking system is not working. Terrible customer service. I am now trying cancel order. Responded back 12/27/21. Hopefully figure out the order. But changed it to 5 stars its a start. Thank you for returning the message.

Been going to Sinatra's for about 12 years now. By far the best fitting LAPD uniforms. I've tried other places but haven't been happy with the uniforms The service here has always been good and if ever I need a fix on my uniforms, it is always taken care of. I also get my belt and boots shined here, Victor and his son do a great job! Definitely recommend this place!

This place is a rip-off. Ordered a custom motor breeches and paid extra. After waiting over a month for them I got a regular one. I also asked them to make cut better so the crouch area have room so I can kick over my Motor without ripping and they didn't. Once I mention this to them the answer I got was " if I cut it the way you want, your pants will last a long time. We want you to come back and buy more in a year or less" well I told them enjoy this money because I will never buy another Sinatra Motor Breeches ever again as I hand them my check. Now I buy other brands and for a whole lot less and fit better.
