Went in to have my jeans shortened a little from the bottom. They wanted to charge me $19. The place a block down the road does just as good of a job for $8.95; the other place unfortunately closes Sunday's and Mondays and I needed my jeans by a certain time so I decided to try this place. Also $19 the jeans will be ready in two weeks, if I wanted the jeans a little earlier thats an additional $15. Outrageous prices!

I think the price is way too high, and the customer service is impatient. Fortunately, this is not the only one tailor shop in town.

Boris and Marika are extremely skilled tailors; among the best in Columbus. A quality tailor is a wise investment for any wardobe, and I'm always pleased with their work. They're also pleasant people who I always enjoy chatting with during my visits.

If you're going to take vacation for 7 whole weeks, maybe have the common courtesy to take 5 minutes to update your hours for your customers who otherwise rate you so highly.
