The store itself has always been nicely kept, well stocked, and has a great staff, but unable to make the trip there during the pandemic, I've opted to support the store from a distance by buying my music through their website. Purchasing music through the site is a bad experience though, and has consistently alarmed my anti-virus software. When contacting online support, I've afterwards received unsolicited emails from outside services. This store is a legitimate business, and I like to hope that legitimacy extends to their online service, but it so far hasn't struck as reliable or secure

Whenever I go here the staff are always helpful and friendly. However today the old man who works there was cranky towards us for no reason, maybe because we asked for a discount when they handed us a poster with rips. The other guy that works with him was super nice and helpful though!
