Edit: See below response from owner on why I left a 1 star review -- zero customer service So the story is I bought a hat from these guys -- not a cheap hat either. Shortly after receiving it, they start selling a new longer version of the hat. I was disappointed with my purchase after this revelation and wanted a hat that covers my ears properly for the winter... so I emailed them to see if perhaps I could exchange it for an update. I never received a response... so that's why I left a 1 star review. I wasn't rude or condescending... so I took it as an affront and left them a 1 star review when I never heard back. And here we are today.... They took the time to reply to me here on google it seems :) The least they could have done was offer an apology... or perhaps some sort of discount. "Hey, sorry about your hat. How about a discount on a new one?" doesn't seem like a bad move for a business trying to make customers happy. Surely had I known they were going to change the specs of the item, I would have waited a few weeks to order. Instead, here we are with a salty response from the owner and someone who would never purchase another left field item or suggest them to anyone. I cut the label off your hat and threw it in the trash, by the way. I'll be damned if I give you guys any free advertising. Thanks for nothing EDIT: I see in an effort to save face, you edited your reply and you claimed that I said I stretched the hat out. This is incorrect. I said i hoped it would stretch out -- and that it didn't. Which is why I wanted to exchange hats. Your original response here *was* salty. Contrary to what you said, there was only one size available when I ordered, with no mention of an upcoming change to the product. Also because your reading comprehension seems to be sub-standard -- I still have the hat, I just cut the label off it and threw the label in the trash. Every time I wear your hat I think "oh gee this hat kinda sucks" and I only wear it because I feel guilty that I spent so much money on a hat. So thanks for selling me a hat that sucks and the poor customer service to go along with it. For what its worth, I would have been happy to delete this review if you had initially reached out to me and apologized or literally said anything other than your salty reply here.
Ordered online. Sent a few questions via email first. Christian was a big help with all questions and went above and beyond to help me track down the right chinos and jeans. Excellent prices for American made with unique materials. Another plus is the frequent discount codes sent out via their email mailing list. Thanks fellas!
Very cool shop and friendly service. These are high quality clothes for people who care where and how clothes are made. Definitely stop in for anyone who is into denim.
Bought 2 of the white work uniform crew tee 4 months ago and both have multiples holes on the bottom, just like any cheap Indian's weave cotton yarn. I am very, very disappointed for USA made tees at that price. Can't wear them now.
