Was given a great line about how many items would be fixed on a vehicle & pushed to give our business to put down my college sons hard earned $500 to only show up with those items still not completely done & some new items had shown up as big problemswere treated at that point like its your issues, you gave us the money so disheartening to give someplace a chance to think they would follow through with their promises & was given a lot of talk that didnt add up in the end- even considering to file a complaint with the BBB & with the attorney generals office

I am sorry to hear that. You drove your vehicle for many months without any issues or check engine light turning on. You had an accident and tried to not report it to the insurance company and leave the car without making payment. As a lienholder, I cannot take that type of loss because it is unfair to me. Your insurance company was notified of the incident and will be paying your car off for you!

Imagine buying your first car and getting scammed from it I don't recommend these folks. They'll sell you junk go 10 miles down the road and a check engine light came on.

It would have been helpful if they tell customers most of their cars are rebuilt, salvaged, rebranded titles.
