Staff was friendly, shop was clean, Jorge ended up doing my tattoo, he worked with me and I was happy how the tattoo turned out from what I saw at the shop, once I got home and removed the wrap and was looking it over closely, I am missing a few things from the stencil, and two of the numbers on the clock I got are facing the wrong way. I sent multiple requests to the shop to contact me so we can discuss my concerns, its been a week and not one of my emails or requests has been answered, no response from the shop. Super unprofessional!

They pierced my 3 month old ears and she put the wrong earrings. I respectfully made it clear that the ones they put on her ears were not the ones that I wanted. The cashier didn't even bring a manager or nothing to settle things out even after I explainedwhat had happened. There were people behind me and my baby was in pain so I just paid and left.
