Stay away. I was here for my coworkers wedding on 9/3/22 and she was late b/c of a car accident and was treated horribly by the staff. I was rushed eating my cake, there was no send off, I was trying to help the bride's family load the car and was yelled at by some punk kid flashing the lights to get out. Some cop on site was eating the food the couple paid for and was told this happens for black weddings only. Some guest did not get any cake. Mind you I am white, so my eyebrow is raised, this was told to me by the bartender. I told the couple I was going to leave a review they asked me not to do it because the owners are cool. However, I have to warn people about my horrible experience at this venue. Several guests stated that they are going to leave reviews warning people about this place. They only seem to care about blaming the bride. They were refunded $500 but to be humiliated and I was humiliated and that is all they can refund? The bride never ate the food, some wedding coordinator who said to me she was also the owner yelled at the bride's father and brother because they were talking so the bride's father had to address her and let her know how rude she was being. Sorry to my coworker but someone needs to stand up for them and warn other people that this is how some people are treated. Great ceremony with lots of laughs and love but stay away and $500 is not enough to be embarrassed on your wedding day.

My husband and I got married, it was supposed to be the year 2020, right as covid hit. The manager asked if wed like to postpone or cancel. I first chose postpone because I had planned this wedding for 2 years. Then a day later I decided to cancel. She said no the contract states itll be postpone if an act of god occurred . That not even accurate.. then not only did she forget about our payments, she LOST 2 of them! Both checks went missing into OTHER peoples plans! Later I find out the week before; the caterer they have had left, and a new one took over, not only did she not let us re-taste test, but they messed up our order and nothing tasted right. The cake, that was wrong as well, on how many times I had to tell her and write it down for her it still came out wrong. She yelled at MY GUESTS for not sitting in the right spot . I didnt care if they sat in a certain seat at our table! I already had told her that. Good lord, dont!

Love the place! The backyard garden is lovely. Beer & wine only...so we didn't book here. Otherwise we would have :) maximum capacity around 120ish I think

Bradford House and Garden is a beautiful affordable place to have your special event. They do not disappoint; the food and service are outstanding. I have had two separate events here, and both turn out so smooth and beautiful. The new owners have done an excellent job with all the upgrades in the location. We booked this venue a year in advance and when we originally booked it everything seemed great. All that changed after we signed the contract and gave them our $1500 deposit. Every single time we went in to make a payment something had changed and they tried to raise the price we agreed on. We were told my daughter would have several meetings with the coordinator and venders, she had one. The food at the tasting was amazing but on the actual wedding day it was horrible. The coordinator rushed us through the rehearsal causing a commotion on the day of the ceremony, she actually refused to allow us to go through the full rehearsal. On my daughter's wedding day the DJ was rushing EVERYONE so badly that we were not able to get even half of the pictures we were supposed to get; I believe this is because we used our own photographer and not theirs. Then the DJ refused to play the songs my daughter requested and left out several special dances. After the reception when we were trying to pack our things we were rushed out of the venue saying we were running late, and it we still had 15 minutes left on our agreed upon and purchased rental time. The owner of the facility said they packed up our decorations we used for the dinner but they kept several of our wedding decorations, including our In Memory Candle. All in all DO NOT USE THIS VENUE FOR YOUR WEDDING!!!!!!
