Unfortunately I had the bad experience of an employee under the name of atlas atlas on social media and they are reflective of you as a company. I will be letting everyone know of my horrible experience.
Someone take Atlas 46 on Shark Tank and get them some capital to fulfill their orders... or at least to hear Mr. Wonderful rip into them for such bad lead times paired with such a high price point...Before ordering I contacted customer service and asked about lead times. Email read 4-6 weeks. I asked if they were any other delays. I was told again most orders would be shipped 4-6 weeks so I placed two orders.. Waited 5 weeks and my order wasn't even processed. Contacted customer service and was told to wait another six weeks, that lead times were closer to 12-14 weeks from original order date.. Needless to say order was cancelled. My refund did arrive within 2 days. Still get endless ads on Facebook. I keep seeing new facility and new expansions but lead times don't reflect that
I can't really review the product. All I know is they took my money and give absolutely no delivery date. Interesting business model to have the customer supply the operating capital for the business. The last I heard the point of sale was when the item ships. The product better be awfully good to make up for the terrible ordering and delivery policies. If your product is that good, take the order and charge when it ships.
