Hi Bryan, thank you for bringing to our attention. The Auto Pay opt out charge is removed upon enrollment, so it's possible something was missed if you did this manually through the portal instead of via a member of our customer service team. I have escalated this to our billing department.

Service is good. Back office support (billing, customer service) highly problematic. They bill you fees if you're not on auto debit and when you are on auto debit you need to contact them to get them to remove the fees, otherwise they just keep billing them.
Krissy - I apologize for any service issues you have experienced. I am currently unable to locate you in our system, but I would be more than happy to help you escalate any ongoing issues to the proper departments internally. Medpro has terrible communication and customer service. We've been using them for 2 years, they use a middle man to pick up so if you want to change anything you have to work with two separate companies to reschedule, when asked about missed deliveries they make excuses, leave you on hold just to tell you no one is available to help. I would look elsewhere for disposal services
We had a different bio hazard disposal company for our medical practice before Medpro contacted us and explained their service. I thought their service was reasonable and decided to switch over to them about a year ago. The process has been very smooth. No issues whatsoever. But earlier this spring we found out that we are closing our practice. I contacted Medpro regarding this change of events. We signed a contract under high pressure sales to lock in pricing on Dec 31. The contract was contingent if we could get out of our contracts for shredding and medical waste. MedPro sent out vendors in January for both services, even though we were not out of our contracts yet. After resolving the confusion in January, I thought we were done.....but no! We had a vendor show up in August for medical waste, which was again sent by MedPro. So again, I'm calling vendors I have not hired to cancel, and back and forth with MedPro. Sad that this is happening again after 8 months.
