Went in to get a futon pad for a futon frame I have that I allow the dog to use as her bed. Nice store, interesting items, but I had to wait for 10 minutes as the one clerk was not capable to check stock and sell me the item....the other was wrapping up w/two customers. When the one that could she was super slow but kept apologizing for the wait. Not sure why such a simple process takes so long is beyond me. Needs my name, address & phn# for an invoice. ( Why its not guranteed or refundable) then had to drive around back to pick up. I waited almost 10 more mins in the cold for her to meet me there. Was just about to call into the store to see what was going on, when she came. Again apologizing for the wait. No one was in the store but her friend that came to visit. I was so suspicious by then thinking were they stealing my credit info, did I drop one of my cards. Just a strange slow & uneasy process. The mattress... the 99$ one was good...my dog loves it. I did cover with a blanket so it wont get dirty as fast.
Very unpleasant, rude staff. Wouldnt spend a penny here
