We loved Moe and his team! To put it another way, they took our vague brief and turned it into something usable in a matter of days. Their willingness to make modifications and work with us to enhance the project was outstanding. Hi Cheryl, We are sorry to see you leave a bad review after 2 years from finishing up your website. As per all our contracts, the customer pays in instalments and the last instalment is at the end of the project and that is what we did. If a customer adds new tasks that are not in the Statement of Work it is logical to bring it up to them and add it as a change order task & quote it for them. That is what all companies do and I believe that is why people define statements of work and sign contracts. We are not sure if it is fair to ask somebody to do tasks for free and hold them hostage to put a bad review if they don't do it. Even though you did this to us, we don't wish anybody does that to you and your business.

This company is such a ripoff! I paid them $8,000.00 in 4 increments covering the cost of each phase of development. PRIOR to the 4th phase, Moe, the owner, asked me to pay the money upfront...After that he then refused to finish the job! All along the way they were unprofessional making many mistakes which lead to a multitude of timely revisions. A Shopify representative intervened asking Moe to finish our website development and even with that he refused to finish our job! Threats Day 1 after posting this review: Moe, the owner, emailed me with this message: "also know that I have 50 employees, so imagine 50 bad reviews at the same time. I am not blackmailing you by any means..." Imagine doing business with someone who threatens you because you don't like his bad, unfinished work! All I asked for is a refund! Threats Day 2 of posting this review: I am again receiving threats via email from Moe, this last one stating, "Hi Cheryl, I am going to give you until the end of the day today to remove the review, after that, I am going to ask my team to leave bad reviews about your business."
