Went here 2 weeks ago, had to experience few things that I didn't like. At first the guy who took my car forgot remove the brakes as he moving my car, It made a huge noise, I asked him to be more carefull. He reply the brakes weren't on, i was standing right next to the car when he did that, second I got a quote and when I went to the window, it was something else, third I asked for an Oil change and I end up getting an inspection which I did not gave my consent, I was told that it was a mistake but I needed because it was expired and I was supposed to renew it and who did that was doing me a favor but had to pay anyways. I think they need more communication because most of the employees don't have any idea what they are doing or what they have to do. So I won't be coming back here anymore they make too many mistakes and we the customer have to end up paying for regarless if you gave your consent or not.. For the record my inspection was due or expires on July 30 2022 I know this because DMV sent me a text reminding me of it. From.my point of view it looks like a business with a mask. It's hard to trust places where to take your car, so if this helps you think twice before taking your vehicle to this place. I don't have pictures because my thoughts or my way of seeing things happening cannot be printed nor drawn.
