:-((( BEWARE - this shop does not let you know whether your goods have been 'accepted' for sale just because they have accepted them from you and given you a receipt. At their discretion they sent them to 'charity'. They claim to wait 2 weeks but do not give this information over the counter.They disposed of my things without me knowing - don't get caught out by them! Poor customer care and rude. *Presumably Mr Wright is a relative of the owner Cherry Wright. The terms and condition were NOT given verbally by staff in the shop at the time! and that is poor.

What a gem of a shop ! I have been a regular customer at Little Used for about 7 years now, as both buying customer and selling customer. Little Used is essentially a dress agency, originally just for children's clothes (and toys, books etc) but now also offers its services for ladies clothes and accessories too. The owner and her staff take care in stocking quality clothes in great condition to resell. It's all well displayed so customers can easily see what's on offer. And the prices are brilliant. Little Used and sellers split the proceeds of sale 60:40, with clothes that don't sell eventually being collected by the seller or donated to charity, so everyone wins. I love the concept of this shop too - definitely the finest form of recycling !
