The instructor, Akshays knowledge and experience in MSG is outstanding. He has the competence to accommodate and respond to questions from all experience levels. His insight in business use-cases particularly brings the course alive. I believe that anyone new to MDG or even those with intermediate knowledge of the domain will greatly benefit from his knowledge as instructor. I would recommend this course, especially with Akshay as instructor, to anyone aspiring to become a consummate MDG professional, whether functional or technical. An area of improvement for Akshay would be to schedule most questions for the end of the class, say last 30 minutes of the class session. I think this approach will increase the chance for timely completion of course syllabus without sacrificing the quality and depth of the content covered. The instructor deserves a 4.75 stars rating easily. I think Zarantech could do a much better job at coordinating the course resources. For instance, MDG Server access is a key part of this course, but due to either negligence or disrespect for enrolled students, this part of the course has been the worst managed. As a result, except a learner is already working in an MDG role (with access to a test server), this disjointed MDG server access adversely affects the flow of knowledge acquisition for the average learner. Frankly, I do not have a lot of confidence in Zarantech caring to improve on this, due to the insensitive attitude their agents demonstrated towards repeated requests for assistance from affected students. My advise to future learners is to secure guarantees on MDG Server access. I would give Zarantech's response time and service for this course a 2 stars rating.
